By accessing and using the international training programs and educational exchange opportunities offered by EduGlobal, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before completing any registration.
EduGlobal acts as an intermediary in international training programs and cultural exchange experiences. Our service consists of connecting students with educational institutions abroad, facilitating the necessary documentation, and providing pre-travel guidance. We do not guarantee admission to specific programs or particular academic results.
The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information during the application process. They are responsible for obtaining the required personal documentation (passport, visa, insurance) and for complying with the laws of the destination country. EduGlobal is not responsible for delays or denials resulting from incorrect or incomplete data.
EduGlobal shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from participation in exchange programs, including but not limited to: loss of belongings, health issues, cancellations by external institutions, or changes in immigration policies. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for management services.
Program prices are indicated on the website and may vary depending on the season and availability. Payment is made within the agreed deadlines. Cancellations are subject to a penalty based on the time of request: up to 30 days before the start, 70% of the amount is refunded; between 15 and 29 days, 50%; less than 15 days, no refund. All refunds are processed within 15 business days.
EduGlobal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to registered users by email at least 15 days in advance. If the user does not accept the new conditions, they may request cancellation of the service without penalty within that period.
Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available at policy.html. EduGlobal will not share information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law. The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by contacting info@asiadelegation.com.
